Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Once your request is reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
